Brother Chris Hunnicutt is a Kennedy, Alabama native. He accepted Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior at thirteen years old and accepted the call into ministry at the age of nineteen. He has a passion for lost people and emphasizes discipleship in the local church.
He graduated from South Lamar high school in 1999 and graduated from Mississippi State University in 2003 in Business Administration and Marketing. He also graduated from Mid-America Baptist Theological Seminary with a Masters of Arts in Christian Education. He is currently enrolled Trinity of the Bible Theological Seminary earning a doctorate in Evangelistic Apologetics.
While acquiring his Masters he met his wife Brittany, and they married in 2008. In 2013 Bro. Chris and Brittany adopted their daughter Kelly from foster care.
Brother Chris served as Youth minister at Hickory Grove Baptist Church in Moscow, TN, Pastor of Friendship Baptist Church in Reform, AL, Pastor of Fellowship Baptist Church in Vernon, AL, and is currently serving here at Faith.
Bro. Chris loves to cook. In fact, he cooks cobblers often and delivers them to church members and outreach visits.
